The Team

Rev. Norman Brown is our team leader in Wellington Street. Norman has been
with us since 1995, during which time the congregation has been growing
spiritually and numerically. Under his leadership the congregation is
taking the exciting step of relocating to an area of population growth
in our parish area. One of Norman's passions is to spread the Good News,
not just at home but overseas. He is married to Lorna and they have

Eleanor Drysdale is our
Deaconess. Eleanor has a key role encouraging ministry
among the women in the congregation, but she is also
actively involved in all areas of church life. Eleanor's
ministry is characterised by a sense of humour,
forthrightness and energy. |

Rev. Emerson McDowell is our
Associate Minister. Emerson joined our team in Wellington Street
after eleven years with the Department of Agriculture,
and a period as our assistant minister.
Emerson is married to Paula and they have two young
children |

Desi Montgomery is our Pastoral
Assistant. Desi's main duty is to visit and minister
to the housebound, elderly or ill in the congregation.
He can often be seen jogging between visits. Desi
joined us in 2003 after a career in teaching. He is
married to Patsy and they have a grown up family. |

Our Musical Director is Erin
McBride. Erin co-ordinates the musicians and the
choirs in the congregation. If you would like to be part
