"Give to the Lord the glory due to His name: bring an offering and come into His courts. Worship the Lord in the splendour of His holiness".
Psalm 96 v 8
The Psalmist highlights what true worship is all about: - recognising the magnitude and holiness of God and giving glory to Him; developing an attitude of humility with our main purpose being to shift the focus from ourselves to that of Jesus Christ.
My vision follows the command of Jesus in John 4 v 24, that we must learn and lead others to worship God in spirit and in truth.
As the musical director it is my prayer that this attitude continues in the new
surroundings. I thank and praise God for providing us with the practical facilities to enhance the sound of our praise.
To God be the glory.
